Raw cotton cleaning before processing
Maximum amount of care is taken for removing the contamination in the raw cotton. Well-trained and educated ladies are engaged for this job. Their effectiveness is monitored meticulously by measuring the contamination level in the final yarn by knitting / weaving the yarn on daily basis. And during process adequate care is taken for material handling to avoid all the chances of contamination. New and latest contamination removal system is added in the blowroom to eliminate the foreign materials during clearing.  And state of art SIRO clearers are equipped in all our autoconers to remove the residual contamination in the yarn.
